Job Description (JD) for a Talent Acquisition Executive in a Microfinance (MFI): Talent Acquisition Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru Reports To: HR Manager / Deputy Manager (IR) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment efforts across our microfinance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent for branch and head office positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for field and corporate roles. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campuses, and recruitment agencies. • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records. • Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets. Talent Sourcing • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions. • Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, and professional networks. • Conduct recruitment drives and job fairs in target locations. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with branch managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements. • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports. Employer Branding • Promote the organization's employer brand across various platforms. • Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment campaigns. Onboarding Support • Assist in candidate documentation and pre-employment verification. • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting for sales, operations, field staff, or microfinance positions is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines. • Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and branch hiring.
