Requirement for Senior Officer/ Specialist Intercompany Process We are seeking to hire a Senior Officer/ Specialist role for the Intercompany Process team to support the growing operational requirements and ensure effective management of intercompany transactions across entities. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification • Candidate should be a Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or possess an equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. • Candidates with additional professional qualifications or certifications in Finance and Accounting will be preferred. Relevant Experience • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in R2R, Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliation, or related Finance processes. • Experience in handling intercompany transactions, balance confirmations, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution is desirable. Technical Skills • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting tools. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different regions and functions. • Experience in handling escalations and driving issue resolution effectively. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills • Ability to analyze aged outstanding balances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance and accuracy.
