NTT Data, Inc. currently seeks an Immigration Mobility Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. Client's Business Problem to Solve Not a client engagement. This is a hiring for Global Mobility Immigration under People Culture. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end visa processing (U.S. and non-U.S.) including work, business, and dependent visas • Handle consular visa applications submitted at embassies/consulates for host countries, globally • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of visa documentation • Interpret and implement immigration policies and compliance requirements • Partner with HR, Legal, business stakeholders, and external immigration counsel • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on visa processes and documentation • Maintain accurate case files and documentation in line with audit and regulatory standards • Support data tracking, reporting, and dashboard updates for management • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (General shift - IST). The shift timings can be changed as per business requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis business requirement. Requirements • 35 years of experience in Global Immigration Operations • Strong knowledge of U.S. and non-U.S. visa processes, especially consular processing • Experience handling high-volume case management environments • Solid knowledge of Immigration practices, compliance and procedures • Solid communication (oral written) • Good project management and stakeholder management skills • High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Solid interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality Preferences Optional (nice-to-haves)
