" **Job Description & Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven **Senior UiPath RPA Developer / Agentic Engineer** to join our Intelligent Automation team. This role demands deep hands-on expertise across the **UiPath ecosystem** , including automation development, solution design, orchestration, infrastructure setup, deployment, and production support. As a senior member of the team, you will not only build high-performance automation solutions but also provide technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade automation platforms. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, CoE leads, and infrastructure teams to drive intelligent automation initiatives while exploring next-generation capabilities such as **Agentic AI** and **LLM-powered automation** . If you're passionate about automation, AI, and building future-ready enterprise solutions, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform. - Lead solution design activities and provide technical guidance for enterprise-wide automation initiatives. - Configure and manage UiPath components, including Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and infrastructure environments. - Collaborate with business users, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, CoE teams, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions. - Build and integrate Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for extracting structured information from unstructured documents. - Develop and support Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, tool calling, autonomous task execution, and LLM-powered intelligent automation. - Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and provide production support for deployed automation solutions. - Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), technical documentation, and operational runbooks. - Evaluate emerging automation technologies and participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive innovation. - Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Provide technical mentoring and operational support to development teams. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance frameworks, security guidelines, and automation best practices. **Required Technical Skills** **Must-Have** - Strong hands-on experience with **UiPath** , including Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended robots, deployment, and enterprise automation development. - Experience in UiPath solution architecture, bot deployment, production support, and infrastructure setup. - Strong programming skills in **Python, C#, or VB.Net** . - Experience with process analysis, PDD/SDD preparation, code reviews, and automation governance. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. - Agents Development in UiPath and Cloud Services like AWS. - Practical experience with **Agentic AI** , including AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, tool calling, and LLM-powered automation. **Good to Have** - Experience with other RPA platforms such as **Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism** , or similar. - Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, document classification, and data extraction using **UiPath Document Understanding, ABBYY** , or equivalent solutions. - Exposure to API integrations, REST services, and enterprise application integrations. **Bonus Skills** - Experience with **AWS** services such as Lambda, S3, Textract, or related cloud technologies. - Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and automation deployment practices. - UiPath /AWS/Claude certifications are an added advantage. **What We're Looking For** - Strong expertise in enterprise intelligent autom
