To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence RTM Execution** - Growth Blueprint: Formulate annual and multi-year strategic growth plans for the product category, identifying new market opportunities, competitive advantages, and potential risks. - Market Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen overall business results. - RTM Optimization: Design, execute, and adapt RTM strategies tailored for both Consumer and Commercial customers, ensuring seamless product availability and optimal market penetration. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner seamlessly with local business teams—including 4P, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance—to align product launches, channel strategies, and sales operations. **Operational Discipline, Governance Execution Consistency** - Execution Consistency: Drive operational discipline across all cross-functional and regional teams, ensuring sales plays and commercial initiatives are executed uniformly and flawlessly. - Business Governance: Establish rigid business governance frameworks, including regular operational reviews, clear accountability matrices, and transparent reporting structures to mitigate commercial risks. - Process Excellence: Streamline internal processes and customer-facing workflows to enhance speed-to-market and sales efficiency. **People Management Team Development** - Leadership: Cultivate a strong, high-performance team culture driven by accountability, continuous operational discipline, and deep business acumen. - Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill a cross-functional sales organization.
