The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application development, production support, and manufacturing business processes within an enterprise environment. Required Technical Skills AS400 Technologies • DB2/400 • RPG/400 • CL/400 • ILE/400 • SQL/400 Infor XA • Infor XA ERP • IDF Development • System Link Additional Skills • Agile Methodology • JIRA • Change Management Tools • SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) • Production Support and Troubleshooting Roles & Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Infor XA environment. • Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions. • Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL. • Design and support integrations using Infor XA IDF and System Link. • Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams. • Handle production support activities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures (MSGW). • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities. • Use JIRA for task tracking and project coordination. • Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation requirements. • Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
