Job Opening: Oracle Financial Applications Manager/IT Projects Manager We are looking for an experienced professional with **8-10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial Applications** to lead project delivery, application support, and stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Financials projects and enhancements. - Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Coordinate with business users, development teams, vendors, and support teams. - Oversee UAT, production deployments, and issue resolution. - Ensure system stability, availability, and successful financial period closures. - Support audits, compliance activities, MIS reporting, and management reviews. - Lead cross-functional teams and drive project timelines and service excellence. **Requirements:** - Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Finance. - 810 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financial Applications (R12 preferred). - Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, India Localization, and integrated environments. - Experience in project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and production support. - Knowledge of SOA, system integrations, and financial business processes is preferred. **Skills:** Oracle EBS, Oracle Financials, Project Delivery, UAT, Production Support, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, ERP Applications.
