Job description

• Manage hospital IT infrastructure, computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and printers. • Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. • Maintain and troubleshoot HIS/HMS and other hospital software. • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions. • Ensure data security, antivirus protection, backups, and recovery. • Support CCTV, biometric, access control, IP phones, and other IT systems. • Maintain IT assets, software licenses, AMC, and warranty records. • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers. • Monitor system performance and minimize downtime. • Maintain IT documentation, logs, and reports. • Support IT audits, compliance, and hospital accreditation requirements. • Provide emergency IT support for critical hospital systems.
