If you have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, server administration, networking, and enterprise IT operations, we'd love to hear from you. 📍 Location Pune 💼 Experience 10+ Years 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues. • Manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2 and S3. • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V environments. • Execute patch management using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central. • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication. • Monitor infrastructure using ManageEngine Site24x7 and NetFlow Analyzer. • Administer Cisco Meraki networking, including switching, VLANs, and security policies. • Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender environments. • Perform infrastructure health checks, performance optimization, and security hardening ✅ Required Skills • AWS (EC2, S3) • Windows Server Administration • Active Directory • VMware / Hyper-V • Cisco Meraki (Switching & VLANs) • Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Defender • Veeam Backup & Replication • ManageEngine Desktop Central, Site24x7, NetFlow Analyzer • Patch Management • ITSM and ISO 27001 knowledge • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
