Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. • Assemble and disassemble machinery components for repair or replacement. • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment function and identify areas for improvement. • Troubleshoot and implement solutions to minimize machinery downtime. • Work with various tools such as tapping tools and perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG). • Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines. Job Requirements : • Strong understanding of bearings, CNC maintenance, drilling, machine assembly, and machine building. • Ability to work with various tools such as tapping tools and perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG). • Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and ability to follow OSHA guidelines. • Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines. • Knowledge of machine assembly and disassembly procedures. • Understanding of quality control checks and troubleshooting techniques.
