Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Company: Intellect Design Arena Ltd Experience Level: 5 to 8 Years Location: Chennai Domain: Fintech Position Summary Intellect Design Arena is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade, high-performance digital banking and fintech products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building microservices-based backend systems with modern single-page frontend frameworks Key Responsibilities • Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, cloud-native enterprise web applications using Java/Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks. • API Design: Build scalable, secure, and resilient RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with core banking/fintech platforms. • Frontend Engineering: Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces using Angular or React.js with clean state management. • Database Management: Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and work with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA). • Quality & CI/CD: Maintain high test coverage through Unit (JUnit/Mockito) and Integration testing; participate in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven). • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional product owners, UI/UX designers, and platform architects in an Agile/Scrum ecosystem. Qualifications & Soft Skills • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related fields. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
