About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Pune. This role is pivotal in defining technical direction, driving architecture decisions, leading modernization initiatives, and delivering scalable enterprise platforms across multiple engineering teams. • Role: Java Full Stack Lead • Location: Pune • Experience: 10 to 15 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Define technical direction and architecture strategy for enterprise-scale applications and platforms. • Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices. • Drive architecture modernization and platform transformation initiatives. • Influence technical decisions across multiple engineering teams through strong technical leadership. • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure platforms. • Develop and support enterprise-grade Microservices and RESTful APIs. • Lead architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and technology evaluation initiatives. • Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. • Drive adoption of Agentic AI capabilities and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity. • Establish software development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices. • Ensure production readiness by focusing on application security, reliability, scalability, and performance. • Implement and promote automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Provide technical governance and oversight across multiple projects and programs. • Lead modernization initiatives focused on cloud migration, platform evolution, and application transformation. • Support complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization activities. • Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and engineering standards. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and engineering practices. Expertise You'll Bring: • 10 to 15 years of experience in Software Engineering and Enterprise Application Development. • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Enterprise Software Development. • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale Microservices-based solutions. • Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and distributed system architectures. • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern frontend development practices. • Expertise in system design, solution architecture, and technical strategy development. • Demonstrated technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and enterprise programs. • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns and application modernization. • Experience defining and implementing architecture governance frameworks. • Proven track record in platform transformation and technical roadmap execution. • Expertise in application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices. • Strong experience with scalability engineering, reliability engineering, and high-availability systems. • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns. • Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted software engineering practices. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. • Ability to influence technical decisions and drive engineering excellence across organizations. • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery environments.
