About Position: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python AI Developer to join our AI and Digital Engineering practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native application development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable AI-powered applications while establishing best practices for AI governance, MLOps, and responsible AI adoption. • Role: Senior Python AI Developer • Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad • Experience: 8 to 12 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React.js. • Build scalable and secure Microservices using Spring Boot and related technologies. • Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Own complex technical initiatives from design through production deployment. • Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise applications. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services. • Develop cloud-native applications using AWS and Azure platforms. • Ensure production readiness of applications through scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development across teams. • Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards and best practices. • Implement automated testing frameworks and support CI/CD processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments. • Participate in architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, and technical governance activities. • Explore and implement Agentic AI capabilities to improve software development productivity and engineering efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, performance, and customer experience. • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Expertise You'll Bring: • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using Python. • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source foundation models. • Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases. • Build intelligent applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks. • Develop and integrate vector database solutions such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, and FAISS. • Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. • Build RESTful APIs and Microservices to expose AI capabilities across enterprise applications. • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver innovative solutions. • Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM responses for business applications. • Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, model compliance, and security frameworks. • Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code review activities. • Mentor junior developers and AI engineers on best practices and solution design. • Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, retraining, and lifecycle management. • Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and infrastructure utilization. • Deploy AI workloads on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Monitor AI systems and establish observability frameworks for production environments. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies. • Create technical documentation, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and best practice standards.
