About the Job – Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios. 2. Job Title – JDE Manufacturing 3. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai 4. Educational Background – BE/Btech 5. Key Responsibilities – Key responsibilities • 7+ years of Lead functional design and solution delivery for Planning and Manufacturing processes in JDE, covering: o Shop Floor Management o Distribution and Warehouse o Requirements Planning (MRP/DRP) o Procurement • Own end-to-end functional support and continuous improvement, including process mapping, gap analysis, fit-gap, and solution recommendations. • Drive third-party integration initiatives with JDE, including requirements, functional design, testing, cutover support, and hypercare. • Configure and support JDE master data setup and core functional capabilities, ensuring data integrity and standardized ways of working. • Leverage JDE Citizen Developer capabilities to deliver business value, including: o Form Extensions o Orchestrations o Watchlists o UDOs o Notifications • Support and/or coordinate implementation and troubleshooting of EDI-related flows such as: o ASN/DESADV o Purchase Orders (PO) via EDI • Collaborate on solutions that include scanning applications integrated with JDE (advantage). • Produce high-quality functional deliverables: o Functional Specifications (FS) o UAT strategy, scripts, test cases, and execution support o Defect triage and resolution coordination with technical teams • Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, driving decisions, and ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered outcomes. Preferred qualifications (nice to have) • Experience with scanning applications integrated with JDE (warehouse, shop floor, receiving, inventory movements). • Experience in global/complex manufacturing environments (multi-site, multi-company, regulated processes). • Knowledge of standard testing practices and tools (test management/defect tracking). Key skills and competencies • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. • Analytical problem-solving with ability to translate business needs into functional solutions. • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead functional workstreams.
