Location: Kolkata-New Alipore, Kalyani, Diamond Heritage - Strand Road, Shillong, Narendrapur, Shyambazar, Rampurhat, Jorhat, Sodepur, Burdwan, Agartala Job Responsibilities • Acquire and manage Current Account customers. • Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and networking. • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Cross-sell banking products such as trade services, payments, and other liability products. • Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC requirements. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in CASA/Current Account sales, banking sales, or relationship management preferred. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
