We Are Hiring Field Sales Executive (Credit Card Sales) Location: Multiple Locations Across Assam(Guwahati,Dibrugarh,Jorhat,Nagaon,Silchar,Hojai) Client: SBI Card Retails Payroll: Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. Product: Credit Cards Designation: Field Sales Executive Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Fixed Salary: 16,000 – 25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office Age Criteria: 22 – 35 Years Preferred: Candidates with Sales Experience Key Requirements Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Good relationship-building and sales skills Local candidates preferred for better market understanding Immediate joiners will be given preference Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Candidates should provide current/previous organization payslips and experience letters (if applicable) Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell credit card products through a consultative and customer-centric approach • Engage with potential customers and explain product benefits • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and conversion • Generate leads through open-market activities and direct customer interaction • Candidates will be deployed at shopping malls, petrol pumps, retail outlets, and other high-footfall market locations for customer acquisition activities
