**Role & responsibilities** 1. Oversee and manage multiple branches or clusters. 2. Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incrementalinterest collection, NPA reduction and OFP business. 3. Responsible for developing and implementing strategicplans to achieve targets and business objectives. 4. Providing guidance and mentorship role to all Branchteams 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all staffmembers6.
