Kpi / Kra • NolapsesintheMaintenancepractices(Preventive,Proactive,Lubrication&other maintenance practices) ofindividual Section • ReductioninBreakdownFrequency&Hours ofindividualsectionsby20%ofprevious year • Reductionof Sparescost&RPM ofindividualsectionsby2%ofapproved budget • Reportingofbreakdowns,shutdownsplanning,etc.throughSAP module • Improvementsinthehouse k eeping,reducingdust emission. • Ensuringnoreportableincidentsinthearea&conductingtoolboxtalktoadherethesafety practices. • Tolookafterdaytodaycorrective,preventiveandbreakdownmaintenanceoftheequipment expeditiously and reliably for effective maintenance in guidance of HoD • EnsureproperutilizationofresourcesinguidanceofHoD • TomaintainrecordsinguidanceofHoD • Toco-ordinatewithotherSectionEngineersfordaytodayworkforavailabilityofplant equipment in guidance of HoD • Maintaining&updatingtheIMSdocuments . • TokeepinformedHOD(M)ofthePlantOperationand Maintenance. • Ensuresafeworkpractices&safetyofpersonswithintheareaundercontrolto prevent • Promotingofzeroharm culture. • Ensureimplementationof PTW&executionofjobsasper SOP. • In-housetrainingforallworkmen &employeesonSafety standards • ImplementationofSOPs&JSAsat site. • Maintaingood housekeeping. • Implementationofallsafetystandardrequirementsinhisrespective areas. • Dailyjobplanningandreviewof SOPsforcritical activities • MaintainingRegulatoryCompliance,inspectionsand audits.
