Job description Role & responsibilities • Profile should be able to handle team of 10-16 reportees & 1 Branch Managers. Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of RDMs • Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget • Adhere the process & business hygiene result in to profitability/bottom line • Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors • Maintain case size and case rate as per company guideline • Implement 4DX within unit & rigorously focus on skill building of team • Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations • Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of KLI Preferred candidate profile • Qualification: Graduate (MBA or Certification from III would be additional advantage) • Work Experience: 12 years + • Good in Men Management and able to drive team towards organization goal • Learning agile • Good in collaborating with other functions • Able to maintain Sales Discipline through 4DX • Should have drive for result Good in domain knowledge and market understanding Interested can share resume to Jayanth.panchagnulakotak.com or whatsapp 6305323356
