Hi ,Dear Candidate, Thanks for Applying with TCS for **L2& L3 Support Administrator** **Location: Chennai, Gandhinagar** **Experience : 6 to 10yrs** Mode: - Managerial Round (Telephonic ) - Technical Round (Virtual Round) JD - Take daily operational ownership of the enterprise monitoring and observability toolset end-to-end. - Perform agent installation, uninstallation, and upgradation across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. - Validate data collection accuracy and completeness for all integrated infrastructure components. - Configure and maintain alert policy setups, including specific conditions, dynamic thresholds, and muting rules. - Establish and maintain integrations between monitoring platforms and the ITSM platform (ServiceNow) using Webhooks and APIs. - Ensure platform adherence to compliance, policy, risk, and operational governance standards. - Own reporting automation, custom dashboards (e.g., Grafana), inventory updates, and audit readiness for the tools tower. - Maintain documentation, runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assist in audits. - Administer, configure, and manage enterprise observability platforms, primarily Datadog and Splunk. - Support and maintain legacy "AS-IS" monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Zabbix) during transition and steady-state. - Create, manage, and optimize unified dashboards and report metrics using Grafana. - Configure Major Incident Management (MIM) alert routing and notifications via PagerDuty. - Enterprise Discovery & CMDB - AIOps & Backend Automation - Tool Configuration & Upgrades - ITIL Processes - Automation & Scripting - Security & Compliance if you are intrested in this postion kindly share your cv to this mail id **guggilapubindusha.p@tcs.com**
