Roles and Responsibilities • Manage land acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of transactions. • Draft agreements, legal notices, and other documents related to land purchases and sales. • Liaise with government authorities for regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals. • Ensure corporate law compliance by drafting lease deeds, contracts, and other legal documentation. • Handle litigation matters related to land disputes or regulatory issues. Desired Candidate Profile • 10-18 years of experience in Land Acquisition or a related field (Real Estate). • LLB degree required; specialization in Corporate Law preferred. • Strong knowledge of Marathi language is essential for effective communication with local stakeholders. • Proven expertise in drafting agreements, advocacy, liaising, legal documentation, revenue generation.
