About the role This role is at the forefront of the business - the foundation of how we deliver for customers and colleagues. In this role, I am responsible for delivering a trusted, impartial and insight-led Colleague Relations service by partnering with various stake holders to resolve workplace concerns and ensure fair, compliant and consistent outcomes. Leverage data and root-cause analysis to identify risks, drive preventive interventions and build manager capability. Support continuous improvement through agile ways of working. You will be responsible for Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: Manage complex colleague relations cases, including investigations into misconduct/grievances pertainign to harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other workplace concerns, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes. Provide expert guidance, coaching and real-time support to managers on disciplinary/ grievance matters, acting as a trusted advisor throughout formal processes. Drive timely and high-quality case resolution through effective case governance, service level adherence, accurate documentation and audit-ready records. Analyse case data to identify trends, root causes, systemic risks and behavioural patterns, translating insights into preventive actions and targeted interventions. Produce case analytics, dashboards and leadership reports to monitor trends, outcomes, resolution timelines and emerging workplace risks. Support action plans aimed at reducing workplace conflicts, harassment, discrimination, behavioural concerns, performance-related grievances and promote respectful, inclusive workplaces, including POSH compliance. Manage colleague relations audits and partner with stakeholders on statutory reporting and compliance requirements. Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance colleague relations processes, reporting and service delivery. Administration of colleague help policy portal. Ensure continuous improvement by actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes and innovative solutions You will need Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-Intermediate • Minimum 3-4 years of handson experience in colleague Case Triage & Escalation Management-Intermediate relations and overall about 6 years in similar function.
