**Job Description: Senior React Native Developer (6 to 8 Years Experience)** **Position Title** **Senior React Native Developer** **Experience Required** **6 to 8 Years** **Location** *Pune/Bengaluru (Onsite)* **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly motivated **Senior React Native Developer** with 4-6 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native. - Build reusable, modular, and scalable components following industry best practices. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across Android and iOS devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. - Implement security and data protection best practices in mobile applications. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end automation tests. - Manage application deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, React Native updates, and industry trends. **Technical Skills** **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 4-6 years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Redux Toolkit. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data. - Knowledge of Android and iOS platform-specific implementations. - Experience with Git, Bitbucket and modern version control workflows. - Familiarity with React Navigation and deep linking. - Experience with mobile analytics and crash reporting tools such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, MoEngage, AppsFlyer, or Dynatrace. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Native Testing Library. - Familiarity with E2E testing tools like Detox or Appium. **Mobile Development Knowledge** - Strong understanding of application lifecycle, state management, and memory optimization. - Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) integrations. - Knowledge of push notifications, deep links, and app permissions. - Understanding of mobile security best practices and app store deployment processes. - Experience with offline storage solutions such as AsyncStorage, MMKV, or SQLite. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with React Native New Architecture (Fabric & TurboModules). - Experience with CodePush or OTA update mechanisms. - Familiarity with Firebase services and cloud integrations. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive/mobile-first design principles. - Experience in large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications. **Soft Skills** - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives. - Strong collaboration and mentoring mindset. - Ownership-driven approach with a focus on quality and timely delivery. **Education** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work on large-scale mobile applications. - Exposure to modern technologies and architecture patterns. - Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture. - Professional growth and leadership opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits package.
