**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - PTP **Job Purpose** The Team Manager will lead delivery of AI, GenAI and RPA initiatives for Banking/NBFC stakeholders, managing a cross-functional team of Developers and Business Analysts to translate business problems into scalable, secure and process-oriented solutions. The role will own end-to-end delivery—discovery to deployment—across automation (Power Automate/RPA), analytics enablement, portal development and external tools development, ensuring measurable outcomes and strong governance. This role will drive solutioning, architecture alignment and vendor management for niche tools/accelerators, define delivery standards, and ensure high-quality documentation including AS-IS/TO-BE process flows, BRDs, solution documents and test artefacts. The Team Manager will partner with business, IT, data and security teams to integrate solutions with enterprise platforms (SQL, Databricks/lakehouse, Azure) and adopt GenAI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) responsibly to accelerate productivity. **Duties And Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI and RPA initiatives: intake, discovery, feasibility, estimation, prioritization, development, testing, deployment and hypercare - Manage a team of Developers and Business Analysts; define sprint/iteration plans, allocate work, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery - Drive process-oriented analysis: conduct workshops, document AS-IS/TO-BE, identify controls/risks, and ensure solutions align to operational governance - Own requirement and solution documentation: BRDs/FRDs, user stories, solution documents, interface specifications, test artefacts, SOPs and release notes - Oversee portal development and external tools/accelerators development; ensure secure design, role-based access, auditability and performance standards - Partner with data teams to define data requirements and validate outputs using SQL, Databricks/lakehouse and reporting layers (Power BI) - Leverage Power Automate/RPA and scripting (Python where needed) to deliver automations and workflow orchestrations; ensure monitoring and support readiness - Manage vendors: define scope/SOW, review designs and deliverables, track SLAs, ensure knowledge transfer, and govern cost, risk and quality - Drive stakeholder management and governance cadence: status reporting, RAID tracking, steering updates, and benefits tracking (TAT/productivity/quality/compliance) - Promote responsible use of Copilot/ChatGPT and Azure AI Foundry capabilities to accelerate analysis and development while adhering to security and privacy guidelines **Required Qualifications And Experience** - 7–9 years of experience in AI/RPA/automation/data lake and digital solution delivery, with at least 2 years in a lead/team management role (Banking/NBFC preferred) - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred but not mandatory; Engineering/MCA/MBA/Finance or equivalent is acceptable - Strong solutioning and problem-solving mindset; ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans and measurable outcomes - Hands-on experience writing and reviewing documentation: AS-IS/TO-BE process maps, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution documents, SOPs and control narratives - Working knowledge of data & analytics: SQL (mandatory), Databricks/lakehouse concepts, Power BI; ability to guide data requirements, validation and reconciliation - Automation & development exposure: Power Automate (mandatory), Python (good to have), API/integration basics; experience with RPA platforms/tools is preferred - GenAI productivity tools: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT; familiarity with Azure AI Foundry / enterprise GenAI platform capabilities is desirable - Experience managing vendors/partners (SOW, deliverables, quality reviews, SLAs) and coordinating cross-team dependencies - Proven people leadership: ability to lead and coach Developers and BAs, plan capacity, conduct reviews and ensure delivery governance - Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills; able to engage with senior business and technology leadership
