Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product assortment planning and inventory management decisions. • Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules while ensuring quality standards are met. • Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize product offerings, reduce markdowns, and maximize margin. Job Requirements : • 15-30 years of experience in textile & apparel industry as a Merchandiser or similar role. • Strong understanding of consumer insights principles applied to fashion retailing. • Proven track record of developing successful merchandise plans that drive business results.
