You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for building robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. • Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions. • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews. • Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth. Qualifications Required: • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle. • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems. • Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred). Preferred • Experience with CI/CD tools. • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus. Soft Skills • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
