Job description

**Role & Responsibilities:** : - **Master Scheduling & Planning:** Develop and maintain integrated, multi-phase master schedules using software like **Primavera P6** or MS Project. Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Critical Path Method (CPM) networks - **Progress Monitoring & Reporting:** Develop Project Progress Measurement Systems (PPMS) and prepare weekly/monthly management information system (MIS) reports using performance metrics and S-curves. - **Resource Optimization:** Assess and monitor manpower and equipment mobilization plans against project forecasts to prevent bottlenecks. - **Risk Management & Mitigation:** Conduct "What-If" scenarios, identify potential schedule slippages early, and develop recovery plans to keep projects on track. - **Contractual & Claim Support:** Analyze delays, support time impact analysis (TIA) for variations, and assist project managers in drafting extension of time (EOT) claims - **Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as the central point of contact between engineering, procurement, construction teams, subcontractors, and the client **Preferred candidate profile** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering **(must be full time/regular course) from UGC/AICTE approved Universities/Institutions**. - **Experience:** Typically 15 to 20 years of progressive project planning and controls experience within large-scale EPC or infrastructure sectors. Industrial project exposure will be added advantage. - **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM). Understanding of FIDIC or equivalent international construction contracts is a plus. - **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical capabilities, leadership in managing cross-functional planning teams, and critical problem-solving skills. - **Industry/sector** (Oil & Gas, Solar, Power, Manufacturing facilities like Automobile plant, or any other industrial project )
