Role & responsibilities Area Logistics Manager - Farrukhnagar(Electronics Supply Chain) role is primarily accountable for operations management within the area, driving service and delivery efficiency, supporting business partner coordination, and managing pick-up and delivery costs. 1. Ensure seamless operations across area and manage & monitor overall transport cost. 2. Manage hub operations across the area and implement process improvement initiatives 3. Drive Area Linehaul performance, quality, and expansion; and manage ground and network operations, network capacity utilisation, and network cost. 4. Drive business partner development and evaluation, ensure cost optimization, and support in driving Area/national projects. 5. Ensure SID & stocks management / PI, Quality management 6. Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements 7. Implement best practices and keep innovating to create better operational services. Drive cost optimization & cost control initiatives. Ensure 100% service levels achieved. 8. Drive review of current processes and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to implement process improvements 9. Ensure adherence to policies, processes, systems, and SLAs; monitor customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction 10. Lead, manage & motivate the team; provide functional guidance and training 11. Continuously review and evaluate the performance of the team and service providers, and provide feedback and improvement plans Preferred candidate profile Experience managing fulfilment for retail stores/e-commerce/Quick Commerce
