Exp-8+yrs Location: -Bangalore ,Whitefeild && Hyderabad Madhapur Work mode; -5days WFO Interview mode: - 1st Round-Virtual 2nd Round: -Face to Face SAP BASIS Administrator provides technical support including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating, and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation. • 8 - 10years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator • Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks • S/4 Hana hands-on + Migration experience • In addition, team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers • Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP • Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management. • Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements. • Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation) • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery." • Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure. • Should have strong knowledge in SAP Basis • Work with IT and business compliance teams to setup, Manage, Monitor SAP Systems. • Must have handled or aware of TMS Transport Management System configuration and knowledge on Routes • Knowledge on Release Management • Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks • Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Document • Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of ERP, S/4 HANA and/or Embedded Analytics with Fiori, BW for HANA. • Participated in full cycle global SAP implementations. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive. • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
