Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications. • Develop forms, views, agents, workflows, and business solutions. • Customize and enhance existing applications based on business requirements. • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. • Work with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery. • Integrate Lotus Notes applications with databases and external systems. • Optimize application performance and ensure security standards. • Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. Required Skills: • Strong experience in IBM Lotus Notes / HCL Domino • Hands-on expertise in LotusScript, @Formula Language, Domino Designer • Experience with XPages and Domino web development • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases • Experience in application support, debugging, and enhancements • Familiarity with Agile methodology and version control systems Preferred Skills: • Experience with REST API integrations • Knowledge of migration/modernization projects • Exposure to Java/.NET is an added advantage • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
