Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications. - Develop forms, views, agents, workflows, and business solutions. - Customize and enhance existing applications based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. - Work with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery. - Integrate Lotus Notes applications with databases and external systems. - Optimize application performance and ensure security standards. - Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **IBM Lotus Notes / HCL Domino** - Hands-on expertise in **LotusScript, @Formula Language, Domino Designer** - Experience with **XPages** and Domino web development - Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** - Good understanding of **SQL and relational databases** - Experience in application support, debugging, and enhancements - Familiarity with **Agile methodology** and version control systems **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with REST API integrations - Knowledge of migration/modernization projects - Exposure to Java/.NET is an added advantage - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
