Job Description • To ensure that production lines, plant equipments are maintained in good working condition • Planning of maintenance job Daily / Monthly / yearly • Preventive Maintenance Activities • Spare Parts Management • Installation and commissioning of new equipments • Utility maintenance • Statutory compliance as per GPCB, UGVCL, Factory act, Safety standards • Data analysis like break down analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc • Attending to the safety requirements of the plant • Energy conservation • TPM - PM Pillar • Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needs • Support operators and ME dept to implementation of Kaizen • Support and implement safety and environment related projects Key KPIs • Reduce MTTR • increase MTBF • Control repair ,maintenance cost • Increase equipment uptime • Timely execution of project • To reduce number of near-miss first aid accident
