Job description

**Role Summary:** The Manager – Compensation & Benefits is responsible for managing enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive, equitable and compliant reward practices. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Payroll to execute annual compensation cycles, administer benefits, provide compensation analytics and ensure governance across the organization. **Compensation Strategy & Governance** - Support the implementation of compensation philosophy, salary structures, job architecture and governance frameworks. - Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness and consistent application of compensation policies. **Annual Compensation Programs** - Manage annual and off-cycle compensation programs including merit reviews, promotions, hiring compensation, salary corrections and retention initiatives. - Partner with HRBPs, Finance and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate execution. **Variable Pay & Incentive Programs** - Administer variable pay, incentive and bonus programs while supporting design enhancements. - Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements aligned to business goals. **Benefits Strategy** - Manage employee benefits administration, vendor coordination, renewals and employee communication. - Support cost optimization, compliance and employee experience initiatives. **Job Evaluation & Organization Design Support** - Conduct job evaluation, grading and benchmarking exercises. - Support organization design and workforce planning initiatives. **Market Intelligence & Compensation Analytics** - Analyze compensation benchmarks, market trends and workforce data. - Develop reports and dashboards to support reward decisions. **Budgeting & Financial Partnership** - Support compensation budgeting, forecasting and workforce cost analysis. - Track compensation spend and recommend optimization opportunities. **Compliance & Risk Management** - Ensure compliance with compensation policies, statutory requirements and governance standards. - Support audits and maintain robust process controls. **Stakeholder Management** - Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and business leaders to deliver effective compensation programs. - Provide guidance on compensation policies and reward decisions. **Qualifications & Experience** - MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance or related discipline preferred. - 7–10 years of Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards experience in Technology, IT Services, Consulting or GCC organizations.
