Job Title MANAGER – ELECTRCICAL Department / Division Projects Position reports to AGM - Projects External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Contractors - Consultants - Suppliers Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) - Graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B. Tech)/ Diploma in / Electrical/ Minimum Experience - 9 + years of experience in civil works in retail/real estate industry with atleast 4 years of experience in the area of on-site experience Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - Sound Knowledge of installation, maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting equipment’s and systems related to electrical - Knowledge of establishing and running IBMS
