Job Description Manager / Senior Manager HR Shared Services (HRSS Transformation) Location: Bangalore / Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Function: Human Resources HR Shared Services (HRSS) . We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager HR Shared Services (HRSS) to lead HRSS transformation initiatives, standardize global HR processes, and drive operational excellence across the HR Shared Services function. Key Responsibilities - Lead and drive end-to-end HR Shared Services (HRSS) transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement. - Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle. - Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, Technology, Payroll, and Operations to implement scalable HR service delivery models. - Drive digital transformation by leveraging HR technologies, workflow automation, self-service platforms, and HRMS tools. - Establish and monitor HR Service Delivery KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards. - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve service quality, and enhance employee experience. - Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and statutory requirements. - Manage stakeholder relationships across business functions and global teams. - Lead change management initiatives associated with HR transformation programs. - Mentor and develop HR Shared Services teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Required Experience - 8–12 years of HR experience with significant exposure to HR Shared Services (HRSS). - Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives involving technology implementation, process standardization, automation, or global HR service delivery. - Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations, including: - Employee Lifecycle Management - HR Operations - Payroll coordination - Employee Data Management - Benefits Administration - HR Compliance - HR Helpdesk/Case Management - Experience working with global or large enterprise HR Shared Services environments. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Technical Skills - Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, PeopleSoft, or similar systems. - Experience with workflow automation and digital HR solutions. - Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities. - Excellent knowledge of HR dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferred Skills - HR Shared Services Transformation - HR Process Excellence - Global Process Standardization - Change Management - Digital HR - HR Automation - Continuous Improvement - Lean / Six Sigma (preferred) - Project Management - HR Analytics - Employee Experience Education - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or HR Transformation certifications will be an added advantage.
