We are looking for a compliance professional with **6-8 years of experience** in the **Insurance/Reinsurance/Financial Services/Legal Practice** sector to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implementation of regulatory circulars and guidelines - Preparation and review of compliance certifications - Regulatory and ad-hoc reporting to **IRDAI, GIC, DFS, IFSCA**, etc. - Managing **IFSC (GIFT City)** compliance requirements - Review and updation of internal policies and compliance frameworks - Supporting Board and Committee compliance-related requirements - Providing regulatory and compliance advisory to business teams - Conducting compliance testing, monitoring, and gap assessments - Stakeholder management and coordination with regulators, auditors, and internal teams **Preferred Profile:** - 6-8 years of relevant compliance experience - Strong understanding of **IRDAI/IFSCA regulations** - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Prior experience in Insurance, Reinsurance, or IFSC entities preferred If this sounds interesting to you or someone you know, please reach out to me at **nancy.bhanushali@hdfcergo.com**
