**Greetings from DXC Technologies!!** **We are hiring for Manager - ServiceNow Solution Architect** **Role:** **Manager - ServiceNow Solution Architect** **Mode of Work: Hybrid** **Location: Noida, Indore and Hyderabad** **Working Days: 5 days** **Experience: 14+ years in Industry** **Shift: Based on the project** **Qualification: Graduates only** **Salary: Upto 45 LPA + variable + other benefits (Depends on Exp/ Last Dawn CTC/Interview outcome)** **Responsibilities:** We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, drive platform best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). **Key Responsibilities** - Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. - Lead solution design across CSM, Flow Designer, integrations, and workflows. - Engage with customers for requirements gathering and solution workshops. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural governance. - Oversee platform upgrades, release management, and environment migrations. - Ensure scalability, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. - Mentor development teams and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - 14+ years of overall IT experience. - Strong ServiceNow Architecture and Development experience. - Expertise in **Customer Service Management (CSM)** Mandatory. - Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Integrations, and Data Models. - Strong knowledge of platform governance, upgrades, and release management. - Experience in customer-facing roles and enterprise solution design. - ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications (Architect certifications preferred). **Additional Valuable Certifications** - CIS Flow Designer - CIS Financial Services Operations (FSO) - CIS Service Portfolio Management (SPM) - CIS IT Service Management (ITSM) **Interested candidates can sent their resumes to reena.swathi@dxc.com** **Regards,** **HR Reena** **reena.swathi@dxc.com** **DXC Technology**
