Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of telesales agents to achieve daily targets and improve customer satisfaction. • Conduct regular call monitoring sessions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to agents. • Develop and implement effective strategies for upselling and cross-selling products/services through telecalling campaigns. • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Job Requirements : • 4-8 years of experience in BPO sales or related field with expertise in telesales management. • Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in managing teams and driving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of call monitoring techniques and ability to analyze sales performance metrics. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
