**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of telesales agents to achieve daily targets and improve customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular call monitoring sessions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to agents. - Develop and implement effective strategies for upselling and cross-selling products/services through telecalling campaigns. - Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. **Job Requirements :** - 4-8 years of experience in BPO sales or related field with expertise in telesales management. - Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in managing teams and driving revenue growth. - Strong understanding of call monitoring techniques and ability to analyze sales performance metrics. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
