**Role & Responsibilities** **Oversee and visit branches regularly to observe daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and provide real-time guidance on** **operational processes like inventory, customer service, and compliance** - **Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions with branch staff to align on KPIs, business goals, targets, and performance** **metrics** - **Inspect physical setup: cleanliness, equipment functionality, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy** - **Foster open dialogue to build trust and empower local leaders** - **Supervise branch staff including training, performance reviews, and scheduling to maintain high service standards.** - **Observe daily operations including customer interactions, transaction processing, and adherence to SOPs** - **Analyze financial like petty cash reconciliation and expense tracking for discrepancies** - **Timely & effective communications with business and branch-ops.** - **Ensure audit & compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security protocols while mitigating operational risks.** - **Engagement and providing solutions to business** - **Implementing strategies to drive revenue (CASS business) and meeting business target** - **Identifying automation areas to implementation and evaluating solutions, ensuring projects align with business goals and** **incorporate the best practices for scalability & efficiency.** - **Building efficiency by eliminating the manual processes** - **Handle 50+ branch** **Experience and Education** **5 to 12 years** **Any Graduate (MBA preferred)**
