Job description

Role & Responsibilities Oversee and visit branches regularly to observe daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and provide real-time guidance on operational processes like inventory, customer service, and compliance • Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions with branch staff to align on KPIs, business goals, targets, and performance metrics • Inspect physical setup: cleanliness, equipment functionality, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy • Foster open dialogue to build trust and empower local leaders • Supervise branch staff including training, performance reviews, and scheduling to maintain high service standards. • Observe daily operations including customer interactions, transaction processing, and adherence to SOPs • Analyze financial like petty cash reconciliation and expense tracking for discrepancies • Timely & effective communications with business and branch-ops. • Ensure audit & compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security protocols while mitigating operational risks. • Engagement and providing solutions to business • Implementing strategies to drive revenue (CASS business) and meeting business target • Identifying automation areas to implementation and evaluating solutions, ensuring projects align with business goals and incorporate the best practices for scalability & efficiency. • Building efficiency by eliminating the manual processes • Handle 50+ branch Experience and Education 5 to 12 years Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
