Pls share your resume on - manoranjan@dilipbuildcon.co.in Job Purpose - We are seeking a qualified and experienced Doctor to provide comprehensive medical and occupational health services at our mining site. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and medical well-being of employees, contract workers, and other personnel at the site. The role involves emergency medical care, occupational health management, preventive healthcare, medical examinations, health surveillance, and coordination with hospitals and emergency services. Key Responsibilities • Provide 247/shift-based medical support as required at the mining site. • Diagnose and treat employees and workers for general illnesses, injuries, and occupational health conditions. • Provide immediate medical attention during mine-site accidents, emergencies, and trauma cases. • Manage first-aid and emergency medical facilities at the site. • Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and fitness-for-duty medical examinations. • Monitor employees for occupational health risks associated with mining operations, including exposure to dust, noise, vibration, heat, chemicals, and other workplace hazards. • Maintain medical records, health surveillance reports, and statutory documentation. • Conduct health awareness, preventive healthcare, vaccination, and wellness programs. • Advise management on occupational health, workplace hygiene, and employee fitness. • Coordinate with hospitals, specialists, ambulance services, and external medical facilities for referrals and emergencies. • Participate in workplace accident investigations and provide medical inputs for corrective/preventive actions. • Ensure compliance with applicable mining, occupational health, and statutory medical requirements. • Conduct regular health inspections of site medical facilities and ensure availability of medicines, emergency equipment, and medical supplies. • Support medical camps, health screening programs, and employee wellness initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in handling employee medical information. Educational Qualification • MBBS from a recognized medical institution. • Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC). • Additional qualification in Occupational Health / Industrial Health / AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) will be an advantage. • Candidates with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine / Public Health / General Medicine will be preferred. Experience • 10-20 years of relevant experience as a Medical Officer / Site Doctor / Occupational Health Physician. • Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, steel, cement, power, or other industrial environments will be preferred. • Experience in handling workplace injuries, occupational diseases, and emergency medical situations is desirable.
