Job description

**Positions :-** 1. Project Manager/Head 2. Construction Manager/Sr Construction Manager **Job Descriptions:**- - Overall Coordination with all consultants & Contractor. - Review of Design & Drawings in accordance to the project requirement. Routine co-ordination with the consultants: Architectural, Structural, MEP & other specialized vendor/contractors. - Managing the changes at site & rectification in drawing through proper protocol, assuring the vendor drawings in compliance with design & technical requirements. - Resources Mobilzation of staff, labour, machinery, vendors & specialized agencies as per the construction schedule & priorities. - Procurement of construction materials & project site development. Routine estimation of additional resources requirement and mobilization by follow-up from higher-up. - Understanding interior design and drawings, coordinate with designers for implementation. - Review the project plans and specifications and comment if any on the building design, scheduling, possible Cost savings measures and potential construction problems. - Assist estimator in preparation of project budget and prepare the general conditions budget. - Machinery and Resource Planning. - Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis. - Inform the Consultant/Contractors for any errors, discrepancies or omissions observed (if any) in Consultants Design drawings. - Assess the work of contractors periodically, measure the completed work and make recommendations to the concerned officer for payment to contractors. - Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced. - Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required. - Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to Management and contractor. - Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control. - Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses. - Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries. - Ensure that as-built drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to consultant/owner accordingly. - Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/Contractor as well as effectively Lead the activities. - Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists & Preparation of the project schedule. **Key Attributes** - **Dynamic Professional with minimum 18-25 years of experiences in Construction of Preferably 5 Star Hotel, Malls/Commercial Buildings or Hospital etc.** - Must be a strategic leader responsible for planning analysis and properly & timely execution of construction activities. - A thorough professional with consistent business performance and with highest standard of professional integrity. - Should be a good team player and having good interpersonal skills.
