Focused on enhancing healthcare delivery and promoting employee wellness in industrial settings. **Role & responsibilities** -Deliver comprehensive medical services by managing OPD, IPD, and casualty in Plant environment units independently, addressing community health needs, conducting health camps/mobile clinics, and ensuring strict hygiene standards across facilities. Strengthened organizational health systems for hazardous factory PREFERRED - Skilled in implementing digital health solutions by converting traditional paper based medical records into a fully integrated digital system, significantly improving accessibility and operational efficiency. Expertise in maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industrial health regulations and compliance, guaranteeing adherence to legal standards while advocating for best practices in occupational health management. Enhanced clinical capability and knowledge by coordinating CMEs, workshops, and scientific sessions, and by designing and delivering impactful on-the-job training programs for new employees and exitsing staff. Possesses a diverse skill set that includes advanced emergency medical response, occupational health management enabling a holistic approach to healthcare delivery and employee wellness **Preferred candidate profile** MBBS **MUST HAVE :** EDUCATION CREDENTIALS - AFIH Certification Experience in Manufacturing unit handling labors and factory medical compliances.
