Job description

Key Responsibilities - Provide OPD and IPD medical services and ensure effective patient care. - Handle medical emergencies and ensure timely treatment with minimal referrals. - Maintain statutory records and ensure audit compliance. - Support hospital administration and occupational health services. - Conduct health awareness, counselling and industrial hygiene initiatives. - Train and develop paramedical staff through regular CMEs and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Ensure implementation of safety, quality, digitalization and 5S practices. - Liaise with government authorities, police and external agencies as required. - Drive cost-effective treatment and referral management. - Support medical services across UAIL Hospital, Nuapada and other company locations as per business requirements. - Ensure high standards of patient care with a focus on safety and zero mortality.
