Job description

Key Responsibilities • Provide OPD and IPD medical services and ensure effective patient care. • Handle medical emergencies and ensure timely treatment with minimal referrals. • Maintain statutory records and ensure audit compliance. • Support hospital administration and occupational health services. • Conduct health awareness, counselling and industrial hygiene initiatives. • Train and develop paramedical staff through regular CMEs and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Ensure implementation of safety, quality, digitalization and 5S practices. • Liaise with government authorities, police and external agencies as required. • Drive cost-effective treatment and referral management. • Support medical services across UAIL Hospital, Nuapada and other company locations as per business requirements. • Ensure high standards of patient care with a focus on safety and zero mortality.
