MIS / Analytic Co-Ordinator

**Brief Role Description** - Logistics & WareHouse timely generation of MIS Reports - Facilitate for decision making with analytics & Dashboard - KPI Monitoring, Prep. Of MIS reports, review with Internal & external agencies - Preparation of SoP, Dept. Manual etc. in consultation with other stakeholders & implementation - Process audit, identify gaps & mitigation plans - Lead Initiatives such as walk To The Customer – review meetings weekly, Customer voice / grievances & fix the issues - Spend Analysis for site Logistics & Warehouse - Budget Vs Actual monitoring, report the variations - Monitoring timeline (Plan vs Actual) for critical Log & WH initiatives, highlight deviations with mitigation plan proposal - Co-ordinate with CFT in planning for WH & Log. infra requirements - PR creation, F/up for PO, Vendor co-ordination **Education:** Graduate & excellent in Analytical skills, advanced MS Excel, PPT **Experience :** 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role preferably from EMS/Auto industry background
