Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing finance, and mortgage loans. • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase disbursements through DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channels. • Provide guidance on loan against property (LAP) products and services to customers. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the region. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in housing finance, mortgage loans, or related fields. • Strong understanding of LAP, home loans, housing finance, and telesales processes. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
