Job description

**Job description:** - Primarily drive the Two-Wheeler Vehicle Finance business through business scale-up, strategic planning, portfolio growth, and operational efficiency, while additionally leading other retail asset product initiatives by leveraging product expertise, market understanding, OEM/dealer relationship management, and customer-centric financing solutions within VF’s ambit. - To build & groom multiple units within the sales vertical for driving business - To identify opportunities for growing the book size by exploring new avenues & geographies for business expansion Business/ Financials- - Responsible for driving business & book growth for the TW business by heading the sales vertical - Develop overall sales strategy, goals & planning to achieve overall objectives of the TW business - Drive business from alternate channels [Referral, pre-qualified, DSA tie ups etc.] - Use industry connect to establish distribution, tie-ups and relationships with dealers, Fintech & OEMs to expand business - Collaborate with Collections team to devise a robust collection strategy for the overall TW business for efficient management of portfolio - Collaborate with Credit team to drive business while maintaining portfolio quality through efficient policy framing - Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience is provided to all stakeholders Internal Process, Innovation & Learning- - Responsible for hiring & grooming leadership positions within the TW sales vertical - Responsible for driving a cross sell & alternate channel business - Responsible for making sure that the TW business complies with norms and regulations laid down by the bank & regulators - Responsible to design proactive measures to counter market dynamics and competition - Responsible for driving productivity levels across the TW business - Responsible for training and preparedness of sales team to improve customer experience - Responsible for attrition management at par or below Ujjivan standards - Responsible for grievance resolution of the team - Attend various Vehicle fairs, conferences and meets to gather industry insights & develop industry connect [with OEMs, Fintech & financers] which will help scale up TW business **Desired candidate profile** - Graduate in Commerce/Business/Economic. PGDM/ MBA preferred - Minimum15 years of experience in sales /product/service with good knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements - Minimum 2-5 years of experience as head sales/product/service managing a large team spread across geographies - Experience in managing Vehicle Finance products is mandatory
