We’re looking for a seasoned nCino Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end lending solutions on the Salesforce platform. Job Description • 10–15 years banking technical experience with 5+ years on nCino. • Design and implement solutions following nCino & Salesforce best practices, ensuring alignment with gold‑standard architectural and functional guidelines. • Design scalable lending solutions across Commercial/Retail/Corporate banking. • Own fit–gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture decisions. • Provide deep expertise in nCino modules (Loan Origination, Credit, Collateral, Covenants etc.). • Define integration architecture with core banking and third‑party systems. • Govern solution quality, security, performance, and regulatory compliance. • Act as trusted advisor to business, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams. • Mentor teams and support solutioning, estimations, and pre‑sales activities. • Translate complex banking and lending workflows into scalable nCino solutions. • Advise clients on industry best practices and regulatory considerations affecting lending platforms. Certifications Preferred • nCino Bank Operating System Certifications (e.g., nCino Platform/Commercial) • Salesforce Architect or advanced Salesforce certifications • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (optional)
