**Greetings from Access Healthcare!!** **Looking for Excellent Communication** **Diploma, BE and BTech graduates will be hired** **Hiring only Male candidates** **Designation:** Administrator L2/ L3 Network Support **Experience:** 5 to 15 Years **Location :** Chennai **Qualification:** Diploma or BE / BTech graduates **Both Rotational and Night Shift** **Hiring Immediate / Quick Joiners** **Job Description Network L2 administrator /SME (Senior Network & Security Engineer)** **Experience: 5+Years** of relevant hands-on experience in Enterprise Network & Network Security. **Qualification** - Relevant certifications such as **Fortinet NSE/FCP**, **Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE**, **Cisco CCNP**, **AWS**, **Azure**, **Cato**, **Zscaler**, or **Check Point** will be an added advantage. - The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in firewall security, VPN technologies, SD-WAN, wireless networking, cloud networking, and Zero Trust architecture while ensuring compliance, high availability, and operational excellence. **Key ResponsibilitiesFirewall & Network Security** - Design, configure, and manage enterprise firewalls including **FortiGate**, **Palo Alto Networks**, and **Check Point**. - Create, modify, and troubleshoot security policies, NAT policies, security zones, and access rules. - Configure and manage **IPSec Site-to-Site VPN** and Remote Access VPN solutions. - Implement and maintain **User-Based Policy Controls** using identity-aware security policies. - Securely manage perimeter firewall configurations in compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. - Monitor firewall health, logs, and security events, and recommend proactive improvements. **Zero Trust & Secure Access** - Implement and manage **Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)** solutions. - Hands-on experience with **Cato Networks**, **Zscaler**, and **Check Point Harmony** or equivalent Zero Trust platforms. - Configure secure web access policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, application control, and user web traffic policies. **SD-WAN & Network Infrastructure** - Configure and manage **SD-WAN** solutions on enterprise firewalls. - Implement ISP redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms for business continuity. - Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routing protocols and WAN connectivity. **Cisco Network Administration** - Configure and manage **Cisco Layer 3 Switches**. - Manage VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, Static Routing, OSPF, and HSRP/VRRP. - Support enterprise LAN, WAN, and branch connectivity. **Wireless Networking** - Configure and manage enterprise wireless infrastructure. - Define and enforce wireless access policies. - Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and authentication issues. **Cloud Networking** - Deploy and manage networking and firewall solutions in **AWS** and **Microsoft Azure**. - Configure Virtual Networks (VNets/VPCs), Security Groups, Network ACLs, VPN Gateways, and cloud firewall services. - Support hybrid cloud connectivity and secure cloud network architecture. **Operations & Support** - Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities following ITIL processes. - Support Work From Home (WFH) VPN users and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network outages and security incidents. - Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. - Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration backups. **Required Technical Skills** - FortiGate Firewall Administration - Palo Alto Firewall Administration - Check Point Firewall Administration - IPSec VPN Configuration & Troubleshooting - SSL VPN / Remote Access VPN - SD-WAN Deployment & Management - Zero Trust Architecture (Cato Networks, Zscaler) - Cisco Layer 3 Switching - VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP (preferred), NAT, ACLs - Wireless Network Administration - Web Filtering & Secure Internet Gateway Policies - AWS Networking & Security - Microsoft Azure Networking & Security - Network Compliance & Security Best Practices - Network Monitoring & Performance Optimization - High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery Concepts **Soft Skills** - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Excellent communication and documentation abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Team player with stakeholder management skills - Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset **Preferred Certifications** - Fortinet FCP / FCSS (or NSE) - Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE - Cisco CCNP Enterprise - Check Point CCSA / CCSE - AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Solutions Architect - Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) - ITIL Foundation Interested candidates may share their updated CV to Krishnapriya.j1@accesshealthcare.com.
