Job Title: Non voice Executive ( English) Company: Hexaware Location: Chennai Job Description Hexaware is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Non Voice process Executives for our Chat/Email Support. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about Chat, customer engagement, and Email. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in chats. • Promote products and services to prospective customers.. • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Retain existing customers by addressing concerns and providing suitable solutions. • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards. Eligibility • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Excellent verbal communication in English is mandatory. • Basic English communication skills. • Strong typing aptitude and convincing ability. • Ability to work in Night Shifts. • Graduation is not preferred (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
