**Role & responsibilities** **We are seeking an experienced and dynamic NRI Banking Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with tailored banking solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.** **- Actively prospect and acquire new NRI clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.** **- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and preferences.** **- Provide personalized banking and investment advice to NRI clients, recommending appropriate products and services to meet their objectives.** **- Act as a primary point of contact for NRI clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.** **- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to NRI clients, including wealth management, and banking services.** **- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting NRI banking, and incorporate this knowledge into client interactions and business strategies.** **- Achieve individual and team targets for NRI client acquisition, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.** **Preferred candidate profile** **- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.** **- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing NRI clients within the banking or financial services industry.** **- Strong understanding of NRI banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.** **- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with NRI clients.** **- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.** **- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems** **Interested candidates can share your updated CV to n.thamizhvanan01@jana.bank.in or whatsapp Ph.no 7010146679**
