Job Position : Observability Tools Administrator Exp-Range-6 -12Years Required Tech stack :Observability Tools Administrator, ITSM,CMDB, BMC Helix Interview Date :28-Aug-26 Interview mode :Virtual Venue : Chennai/Noida/Kolkata Must Have : We are looking for a highly skilled Observability Tools Administrator with 6+ years of experience in managing enterprise monitoring, observability, and application performance management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting monitoring platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational excellence. • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise observability platforms and monitoring tools. • Monitor infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud services, and network devices to ensure optimum performance and availability. • Develop and manage dashboards, alerts, reports, and service-level monitoring. • Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents. • Implement log management, distributed tracing, event correlation, and performance analytics solutions. • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub. • Knowledge of AI Ops, Event Correlation, and Predictive Monitoring. • Relevant certifications in Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or ITIL.
